车静,博士,中科院昆明动物所研究员,"青年科学家小组"人才项目获得者。入选"云南省中青年学术技术带头人后备人才"项目支持。动物学会两爬分会理事,中科院青年创新促进会理事。2011年获"中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才"奖。长期活跃在中国和东南亚这一重要区域,以两栖爬行动物为研究对象,系统开展隐存物种发掘,物种形成与分化,大尺度生物多样性格局形成及演化规律的研究,致力于生物多样性的可持续保护。目前已在PNAS、Mol Ecol、MPE等国、内外本领域重要杂志发表论文20余篇。

1.隐存物种多样性发掘和系统分类学:由于全球气候变化、疾病传播以及未知原因的影响,近年来全球两栖类种群面临急剧下降,而另一方面,每年新的物种不断的被描述,确切反映了以前调查和分类工作的不完全。很多物种可能还未来得及识别就已经灭绝。本学科组利用DNA条形码技术,同时结合形态、生态等多方面数据探讨隐存物种多样性,提升我们对中国以及相邻东南亚整体两爬生物区系多样性的系统认识;在进化的框架下,重点完善我国及东南亚两爬物种中重要类群的分类系统,同时利用多基因或基因组信息,解决长期有争议的物种系统演化问题。

2.物种形成与分化及生物多样性格局:两栖爬行动物具有对环境依赖性强,迁移能力弱等特点,因此其系统发育和群体结构相比于其它动物类群更能反映地质事件和气候变化的影响。使用分子水平的检测手段可以有效的研究种群分化以及物种多样性形成过程,从而研究各种因素在这一过程中所起的作用。本课题组致力于开展多物种类群的比较研究,通过宏微观结合,研究普遍的成种机制和模式,揭示多样性分布格局形成的重要规律和历史环境因素,为生物多样性可持续保护提供科学性指导。重点研究区域包括①青藏高原及周边横断山区②中国南方地区与中南半岛③亚洲大陆与东亚岛屿。例如中国西部,尤其青藏、云贵高原及其周边地区,复杂的地质历史环境为研究物种的形成和分化提供了理想的场所,高原多阶段抬升过程中的一系列地质历史事件造成了物种高度多样性并促使物种快速形成。

3.两爬代表物种表型适应及进化机制:新一代测序技术的发展为我们研究变温动物一系列特殊的表型适应及其进化机制带来了契机。通过转录组和全基因组水平的研究,以系统的野外观察为基础,结合生态、行为、生理、基因等多方面的综合,探讨两爬代表物种表型多样性的演变与环境适应的关系,进而探讨适应的遗传机制。
