项目四负责人(关键理论和模型的研发与支撑),项目四课题7组长(大数据的系统生物学及网络分析)

主要从事计算系统生物学的研究工作,近年,在此领域发表期刊论文200余篇,为中国运筹学会《计算系统生物学分会》理事长,IEEE-SMC《系统生物学委员会》主席。在此专项,主要负责在网络层次建立研究复杂性状的eGPS理论框架,揭示动物复杂性状形成过程中的关键节点,发现驱动复杂性状调控网络转变的关键因子,确定实现复杂性状转变的关键子网络。
